'De Nieuwe Regeling 2005' (DNR-2005) applies to all of our activities. This regulation defines the legal relationship between client-architect, engineer and consultant. The regulation has been formulated by the BNA and the ONRI. It functions as a standard regulation, to be used when drawing agreements between advisers and clients.
