Topping out celebrations

The highest point of the new main office of BP Raffinaderij Rotterdam, located near the BP refinery, has been reached. Topping out celebrations were held on the 8th of July. The building is to be completed in 2011.

The site for the new main office on the d'Arcyweg lies between the industrial landscape of the refineries and the watery landscape of the Brielle lake. Its position between these two different areas assures the office's landmark position.
